Easy to use

What do you like best? Loading document and content into Modus is as simple as drag and drop. What do you dislike? Have to wait for documents to load before being able to rename them. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it out and see how easy it is to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allowing users to access content without having to jump through hoops.

What do you like best? The idea for the app is incredible. Making everything so accessible to anyone and always having the most up to date materials has helped our field sales teams immensely. I wish we received a bit more support when there is an issue or bug with our app. They are really good at submitting tickets right away, but it never seems like we get an actual answer or a solve to the problems. What do you like best? The overview, the structure/navigation are good. The functions to copy and tag folders work fine. I like the function to have streaming media, so the device of the sales agent doesn't get full. The links to website work well. The design of the application looks good. Modus is a solid platform for managing content from the start, difficult on the backend

What do you like best? Easy to add content and organize content between categories, tags, etc. What do you dislike? After initial setup, the removal process for items can be difficult if it was tagged between categories. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing the content across our varied product lines and interconnected categories.

What do you like best? Ease of sharing product information with employees and customers. Also the backend tracking capabilities allowing you to know who has shared what, with whom they’ve shared it with, and what has been opened/viewed. What do you dislike? Requires good cell signal and/or internet connection.
