What do you like best about ModMed? I find ModMed to be very User friendly, great for onboarding What do you dislike about ModMed? There are the ocassional glitches dowloading pages What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? ModMed has improved or effiencey in patient care

What do you like best about ModMed? WHEN MICHELLE HELPS ME, SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND HER DIRECTIONS. SOMETIMES I EVEN ASK IF SHE CAN HELP ME AND THEY WILL CONNECT ME TO HER. What do you like best about ModMed? The talkers provide helpful insight on the new things. What do you dislike about ModMed? I do not dislike much about Modmed. Everything is user friendly. What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? It is making scribing easier for me.

What do you like best about ModMed? It's easy to use for providers and staff. What do you dislike about ModMed? It's not the best with vendors. The interfaces are expensive and doesn't allow us to use better vendors because of the extra cost. What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? I do t know

What do you like best about ModMed? Very user friendly for the end user. Documentation is quick. Many new additions to the program. Been using EMA for 10 years. What do you dislike about ModMed? Slow to correct issues, sometimes they take on too many new projects without fixing previous versions/programs. Analytics can be a bit clunky What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? Quick to document, able to be more patient forward
