What do you like best about ModMed? I love that it is geared towards by dermatology speciality What do you dislike about ModMed? ordering labs and tests is cumbersome at times and associating with different diagnoses What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? tracking pathology and status of treatment

What do you like best about ModMed? Future tech that will be available. We are new to the system and somethings are easier to navigate. What do you dislike about ModMed? We are an advanced practice and gGastro doesn't do many things we were able to do in our old system. What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? Our practice still has many issues we are trying to work through and implement. So I am not able to give a lot of information on this.

What do you like best about ModMed? The reporting and analytics. Also the efficiencies for staff, utilzing IPADS in clinic workflow has been a game changer for our staff. What do you dislike about ModMed? Podiatry is a newew verticle. Still work in progress. What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? Better review of data

What do you like best about ModMed? The EMA part is pretty good and user friendly What do you dislike about ModMed? when there are outages it is very inconvenient for office staff. What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? now that the practice is adopting the PM feature it should benefit us that patients can pay their balances online
