"Data reporting makes your ops more efficient"

What do you like best? The data reports I receive daily in my inbox help me follow up immediately day-of with any ops related subjects. What do you dislike? No striking dislikes come to mind. Mode's been helpful enough day-to-day for over a year now where I can't think of anything I'm missing in terms of needs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Compiling what we need in concise reports improves our team's daily functions.

What do you like best about Mode? I like most its interface. It has a very nice visualization and charts. You can also save reports for a later review or just repopulate them if you need them again. This eases the job a lot for reporting analysts as they need to build reports only once and share them with the report requesters. What do you like best about Mode? The fact you can explore all different aspects and look at it in different ways. The insights you receive. What do you dislike about Mode? Can be hard for the team to warehouse data. What problems is Mode solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to look into all aspects of the business in one place and have the data shown in all different ways.

What do you like best about Mode? Mode sits on top of our Redshift instance. We use it for building and scheduling custom reports. We have never had issues with scheduling and delivery. The query builder makes it easy to ensure that our report is exactly what we want before we get it sent. What do you dislike about Mode? There is no big downside to using Mode. What do you like best about Mode? Reporting to slack, email is really great. What do you dislike about Mode? The queries are ran on the client's SQL server. What problems is Mode solving and how is that benefiting you? We're using mode to analyze the delivery time data for the orders.

"Effective tool with some bugs"

What do you like best about Mode? This is a helpful SQL client with basic visualization tools – I'm able to quickly tell a story with data without taking the extra step of throwing things into Excel. It's also helpful to easily provide telemetry to other members of the company. What do you dislike about Mode?
