"With a little help from my friends, it's an excellent data mining resource"

What do you like best? Speed, working in conjunction with more technical staff we have the ability to run reports quickly and easily What do you dislike? Not being proficient in MySQL can mean it's challenging to build out the reports I would like by myself but I am learning and starting to get my head around the platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Understanding how are customers interact, grow and use our platform

"love the reports"

What do you like best? I really love the reporting feature. Also love the scheduled emails. What do you dislike? Wish the available graphs could be more interesting. I.e. would love to combine a stacked bar chart with a line graph. Also when graphing, it would be nice to bucket data by truer (weighted) averages over a time period. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great to aggregate trend data.

"One Stop Analytics"

What do you like best about Mode? I loved how quickly and easily we can perform analytics even on the databases on the private servers, and on top of it we can build charts quickly! What do you dislike about Mode? Oracle DB connection should show SID/Service separately. Faced this confusion while connecting. Rest was too good. Recommendations to others considering Mode: Excel sheet processing would be a great add-on; and having Cloud application connectors! What problems is Mode solving and ...
