What do you like best? The features I like the most about MixMax are: Email Tracking: This is incredibly helpful to see which potential customers have opened my emails. I can see how many times they've opened them, as well as if they were opened on a mobile device or computer. Amazing for targeted email marketing!

What do you like best? My favorite feature of Mixmax is the ability to schedule emails to be sent at times when the recipient is most active and potentially most likely to reply. I try to optimize response rate, and Mixmax helps me significantly. What do you dislike? I dislike that Mixmax does not integrate well with some Chrome extensions. What do you like best? The Live Feed Dashboard is a dream. Very easy to see at a glance what interaction has happened with my emails. What do you dislike? I wish there were mobile views. I find the dashboard daunting on mobile. With the templates and other features though - that's not a deal breaker, because additionally, I find that I use it most via my laptop anyway. What do you like best? The template and sequence creation makes my life a whole lot easier when I'm at work. I also love that I can see exactly when someone opened my email and how many times! What do you dislike? There's nothing I dislike honestly, Mixmax has been wonderful so far - What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None!

MixMax is best with a small team

What do you like best? I enjoy storing templates for emails as well as easily activating them in a given campaign (sequence). Small sales campaigns are fluid and help us track what matters. What do you dislike? When activating a template inside a sequence, I wish the sequence would dynamically update when a template was edited/updated. What do you like best? I like that Mixmax notifies me when links are clicked, messages are opened, etc. It makes it easy to know when to reach out to a contact. What do you dislike? So far nothing, it's very user friendly. I'll have to do a bit more digging to have a justified answer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? 2 best features of Mixmax: 1) Email Tracking. I can accurately track how many of my recipients opened my email, clicked on links, etc. 2) Email Templates. I can choose a template right inside Gmail instead of copying and pasting general emails. As someone who uses their email a lot, it makes my day easier when I don't have to go between tabs/windows anymore or click on my emails one by one to see who's opened them. What do you dislike?
