Awesome email marketing software
What do you like best? Awesome email marketing software. Love the sequences option. What do you dislike? Only suggestions I’d have is adding integrations other than Salesforce and also adding a mobile app What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ability to send multiple campaign emails without sending duplicates, ability to send and schedule follow ups and also see who’s read/opened emails.

Perfect compliment to GMail
What do you like best? MixMax's schedule function read my mind. I love that you can send your first email through MixMax and automatically schedule a follow up at the same time so you don't forget. When sending these emails, MixMax also offers email templates with variables that you can plug in per campaign - huge time saver! What do you dislike? MixMax is perfect for GMAIL and Salesforce, however my company switched from Salesforce to another CRM so I wish it offered more ...

I'm kind of obsessed
What do you like best? Overall, I really like having a variety of tools available from a single solution. My most used / favorites are: Scheduling tool — allowing clients to choose a slot, and blocking off times based on other integrated calendars) Reminders — allowing me to clear my inbox but bringing conversations back if they've not been resolved in a set amount of time Templates — ability to save commonly sent emails, prevents the need for excessive drafts and hunting old ...

Email without Mixmax feels like a 56K dialup
What do you like best? How natural email integration is. Makes you forget it’s a plugin. What do you dislike? Having to mentally segregate email addressees into those who I know have MM installed and those who probably don’t. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Meeting scheduling/coordination doesn’t feel like root canal anymore.

The Fastest Way To Send That Same Email Again
What do you like best? 1. Templates. Pre-written emails populated in a new email with two clicks. Fabulous! You can even share them with your team. 2. Scheduling. Write it now and send it now but it doesn't land until the date you scheduled. 3. Visibility into who opens your emails and when. This is huge. What do you dislike? That I didn't use MixMax at my previous jobs! Recommendations to others considering the product: Start building your template library ...

Productivity on steroids
What do you like best? I'd have to say this is one of the most useful productivity tools I've ever used. Their customer service is on point, they take feedback and implement new features based on it. Scheduling, sequences, and templates are all unbelievably helpful with cutting down the time spent on monotonous tasks. Thanks Mixmax! What do you dislike? Not having a mobile app that I can see sequence performance data on. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Super charge your email, with some hiccups but stellar customer service
What do you like best? Mixmax streamlines my email workflow with automation sequences and templates. The automation sequences are highly customizable and can be started straight from the Gmail experience. Edit: the success team cares heavily about fixing things promptly. They've quickly addressed my problems so I'm updating this review. What do you dislike? Lots of small bugs as Mixmax pop up during my experience. Images not attaching correctly, names being dropped in my ...

MixMax is an easy program to use if you are not a Direct Marketing expert
What do you like best? I"ve used MixMax for small direct marketing campaigns (i.e. 200 emails) and have been very pleased with how easy it is to set up the sequential emails and keep track of the responses. Very intuitive and easy to understand. What do you dislike? It offers a calendaring option but I haven't mastered this yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trying to get marketers to sign up for marketing seminars and training
