"Mixmax has been a huge help in my role."

What do you like best about Mixmax? Opened email notifications are great. Very Helpful What do you dislike about Mixmax? I think the drip email function can be cleaned up. What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? Mkaing sure my emails are being opened. I've learned to craft better emails based on whether they get open or not.

I wish it were more affordable, as it is not a cheap service. What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems at the moment

"Great product for sales!"

What do you like best about Mixmax? I work in event sales and knowing if my customer is reading my email helps me gauge their interest and let me know how much time to spend on each account. What do you dislike about Mixmax? I feel like sometimes it alerts me when I open the email vs. a customer. What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? Understanding a client's interest. Like I mentioend above, it lets me know how engaged they are and how much time to spend on the account.

"Best outreach software for AE's and RSM's in Saas"

What do you like best about Mixmax? Emailing is something I never thought would be as easy as it is with Mixmax. Along with their great CSM team helping myself and RSM with starting out on best practices on what to use. What do you dislike about Mixmax? There is an upgrade fee to move into the enterprise bucket, which I get but wish it was all free haha. What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? Automation with emailing

"Very Helpful Tool"

What do you like best about Mixmax? I like the way you can see who has opened your emails. I also like the ability to send out my schedule for meetings. What do you dislike about Mixmax? Sometimes it can be annoying if you accidently click out of the scheduling tool your dates do not save so you need to reenter everything. What do you like best about Mixmax? Mixmax has really help ease my workload by making it easy to create email signatures, sequences, and templates. What do you dislike about Mixmax? sometimes it logs me out at irregular times What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? spending less time typing out emails by using the template feature, knowing who has opened my emails and when.

"Easy to use"

What do you like best about Mixmax? Being able to see when someone opened an email that demands an immediate response. It's also helpful as a hiring manager to see that a prospective candidate received all the information needed for an upcoming interview. What do you dislike about Mixmax?
