Not being able to set up more than one meeting reminders. What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest issue is automating follow-up and having users schedule their own meetings. It helps mitigate admin work

What do you like best about Mixmax? I LOVE Mixmax's calendar scheduling and reminder tools, and it's become an essential tool in my profession. Also, the fact I can tell if my emails are being opened saves me time on follow ups- I know who I am reaching versus who isn't even recieving my notes. What do you like best about Mixmax? It is very easy to use and the scheduling process saves me so much time. What do you dislike about Mixmax? Sometimes you have to fill out name by name if importing a group of emails. What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? The main one for me is the scheduling stages of my email outreach. If no one replies the software knows who to follow up with a 2nd stage email.

What do you like best about Mixmax? I can't just name one. My top three are the Salesforce integration, Google integration, and customer support team. Our team relies heavily on donor/volunteer engagement data, and MixMax does so seamlessly.
