Robust e-commerce Platform -Good reliability and excellent service

What do you like best? They are very quick to reply when you have an issue and follow up until the issue is closed. The platform is very customization friendly and allows for one to modify almost everything. Constantly being updated and the interface is not hard to use. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I'm new to eCommerce and am supporting a new customer with an existing store. I've been able to figure out how to do updates, make corrections and handle the tasks requested of me by leveraging Miva's documentation. This is a fairly intuitive product with excellent documentation. The one time I couldn't figure out an issue I had a response from tech support within ONE HOUR. Amazing. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Miva invests in improving their product over marketing their product and it shows. The platform is powerful, flexible, stable and updates never break your store.
