What do you like best? Ease of use with shortcuts for nearly everything that makes it fast an efficient both in stressful meetings with lots of information that need to be managed, and also when brainstorming on your own. Map index, power filter, and conditional formatting make it a breeze to find the needed information in a snap. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I highly recommend Mindjet! I can easily grab ideas instantly and then structure them later. I can attach graphics/icons and then filter them. Exporting to Word is a very useful functionality. Basically, Mindjet works well with my thinking and communication style. I can just put random thoughts, informations, clips, etc. and let Mindjet "make sense" out of everything and then watch these bits "cluster" into a new idea. OK product with Horrible Customer Service

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The product works just like it did 10 year ago. Unfortunately every other similar program has progressed a lot in 10 years. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Mindjet is my default tool when I go to team meetings, making project plans, and writing reports. When I present my items using Mindjet, people can easily follow my agenda. I can even have them give their inputs on certain topics. What do you like best? I like the ease of use and intuitive interface. Excellent community and templates to draw upon. Mindjet maps an organizational must

What do you like best? Clearly and efficiently convey initiatives, processes and decisions What do you dislike? The phone app version is a little cumbersome and not as effective. It does not offer some of the functionality that the desktop version does. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it for decision trees and process proposals. Also using it for advantage/ disadvantage analysis in selecting suppliers.
