"Easy, cheap and fast tool for Helpdesk"
What do you like best about Milldesk? It is easy to use and the dashboard is so good, that we can see all information in one view. Milldesk is good for the people that never had use a Helpdesk tool. What do you dislike about Milldesk? Nothing, the tool is so good and powerful. Maybe the user management can be best, but the actual model is good for the company. "Milldesk has an effective help desk service to resolve issues"
What do you like best about Milldesk? I like Milldesk for several reasons, it has a notification system that alerts you when you receive a ticket. I also like that the application has a text-to-speech input option enabled on the portal. Another feature that I like is that it allows you to create templates for emails, so that they can be sent automatically. What do you dislike about Milldesk?
