Much to Offer but Not User Friendly

What do you like best? I love that Midas has so much to offer. We primarily use it for reports and the options for sorting provide us a great opportunity to break down our client bases. I also like that we can record notes for others to see on client accounts. What do you dislike? Learning Midas is NOT easy. It's not the most user friendly program but it is navigateable once you get some basics down. I believe because it's so vast in what it can do, it is easy to get lost. What ...

Excellent Customer Service

We are a Canadian based company and have used MIDAS for the past 6 years. MIDAS has by far THEY MOST EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! MIDAS is user friendly, price is a lot cheaper compared to other companies out there, uses self learning videos and demonstrations, has a knowledge base for referencing when issues arise as well, MIDAS is constantly updating and making the software better. I would definitely recommend MIDAS to anyone looking for a room booking scheduler system.

Impressive Product, Fantastic Company

Customer support response has been incredibly fast and thorough. As a hosted client, setup was a breeze, but the extent of information readily available on the site makes me believe that if we hosted the product ourselves the experience would have been just as seamless. I would recommend this product and this company to anyone looking for a logistics management product.

What do you like best? The system is simple to use and allows you to incorporate building managers which lets the folks running the space make the decisions. It also allows for easy inventory tracking for commonly used resources which avoids overbooking both rooms AND portable items like tables and chairs. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It’s very efficient and easy to use, for anyone. What do you dislike? Slow at loading majority of time. Lags often. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Efficient way of keeping patient census up to date and looking up any details in the chart.
