Simple, but effective.
What do you like best? It doesn't promise the world, but what it advertises it does well. Trying to build out flowcharts/diagrams beyond the most basic in other Office applications quickly becomes a nightmare, Visio offers a clean solution. What do you dislike? It feels like it should just be included in the basic Office suite, at least the standard version. Also locking certain shapes/templates in the professional version seems a needless paywall. Good software to create graphs and charts
What do you like best? Visio it's intuitive and easily understandable. I like the gui. What do you dislike? It isn't open source, so you must buy the license. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use visio to create flowcharts, the flowcharts are easily readable and exportable. I can sharey flowchart to all the members of my team.

Great tool for flow charts, business process maps
What do you like best? Visio has great list of stencils to work with. Page layouts, color schemes, shapes and connectors are easily configurable. For advanced users there are more enterprise features like reverse engineering of databases etc. Current integration into Office 365 makes things very easy to view and do basic edits in the browser. Network Mapping at it's best
What do you like best? I love that I can use Visio to update LAN room equipment as well as create a heat map of where all networking equipment is located in a building. What do you dislike? There isn't a version available for the Mac OS platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mapping out floor plans for all computer equipment.

Helpful and full of features
What do you like best? Really one of the best software in order to create diagramma for presentations and meetings. Acceptable, needs work
What do you like best? I like the option to turn on a grid view (invisible) on the document. It was also nice to have lots of shapes to choose from. What do you dislike?
