Superior to Skype, user friendly way to stay connected
What do you like best? I enjoy the extensive calendar and chat features. Very easy to manage chats and calls. Overall it ties in with other Microsoft Office programs seamlessly. What do you dislike? The downsides are the screen sharing options, it could be more user friendly (especially when using multiple screens) Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it out, its worth the switch from another provider. Especially is you are using the suit of Office ...

Helpful tool to collaborate with teammates
What do you like best? The platform is very clean and all collaboration tools are in one app. This includes the full calendar with meetings, video chatting, chatting and reviewing files sent through Teams. What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike about Teams- it ultimately comes down to preferences. For example, I prefer using another chatting tool simply due to habit. However, it is useful to quickly call and video chat with teammates especially while working from home. ...

Helpful All-Around Collaboration Tool
What do you like best? The integration with Microsoft Apps is Teams' best strength as well as wrapping together live meetings, chat, and document collaboration. What do you dislike? I would not say that any one of Teams' features are the best-in-class. It does everything well, but none of its features stand out as being the greatest. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are moving people away from a more robust collaborative tool like Slack, Teams might ...

Best for an integrated outlook experience
What do you like best? The integration between Outlook and Teams makes it easy to collaborate no matter where the conversation is taking place. The best part is users can move an email conversation form Outlook, including attachments, into a Teams chat or channel conversation by clicking on the ‘’Share to Teams’’ in Outlook. What do you dislike? Intermittent issues with Teams finding camera. Unable to use it for cross app collaboration like integrations with Google Hangouts or Zoom ...

Using Microsoft Teams: A Team Effort
What do you like best? I like that Teams synchronizes files, messages, calendar events, video chats, and more all in one application. Their desktop app is mostly easy to navigate and has a lot of helpful features. I like the ability to edit documents with individuals while in the middle of a video chat together. What do you dislike? Synchronization among different platforms (like Sharepoint) is not very smooth. Sometimes documents don't show up for several hours after uploading. ...

Microsoft Teams makes it easy.
What do you like best? Teams makes collaboration and communication easy. we can file share and chat easily. and it works for all of our locations. It easily outperforms the other systems we have tried. I highly recommend this if you have people who need to talk and share things often. sometimes our files get caught up in email server due to size but TEAMS makes it easy to share. What do you dislike? its not as easy to figure out as some other systems at first, but once you get the ...

A tool that unites the o365 ecosystem
What do you like best? It is easy to create a team, link with SharePoint, OneNote, and other core o365 features so you can manage your team and project effectively and efficiently. Call qualities good when it works well. What do you dislike? Notifications on mobile apps can be wonky. Sometimes I get calls on the phone but not on a computer and the other times on a computer only. It does not utilize second windows well and the windows version does not support multiple ...
