Microsoft Teams is Great for Companies using Office 365
What do you like best? Because Microsoft is so well known, most companies are willing to meet over Microsoft Teams What do you dislike? The Teams experience is subpar if your company is not currently using Outlook What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With all the news around Zoom and it's publicized security issues, we needed another meeting solution for our Sales teams. Teams has filled that need for us.

MicroSoft Teams is a good use of a video platform but needs a little bit more knowledge
What do you like best? Microsoft teams is universally used across most of the organizations I meet with. Have not had any pushback regarding someone having an interesting in meeting via teams. Also allows non-users to easily access the meeting. I personally use Microsoft Teams as a personal back-up when Zoom is not an accessible option for everyone. I do not use it to communicate internally, we use other messaging systems for that. What do you dislike? I think the UI and platform ...

Team Collaboration
What do you like best? the ease of creating a group call and creating group channels What do you dislike? the inability to have stacked windows to easily monitor multiple groups. you have to pop the groups out and manage as separate windows. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Teams is not Where its at
What do you like best? It saves the record of your chat conversations. Everyone's contact info is already kept in the system so you can easily create a conference with just using their name. You can direct call someone from the app, which helps in my company where almost no one has a work phone-so we are able to call their personal phone easily to contact them. You can share your screen easily. What do you dislike? The emojis are so lame- very microsoft. Font is terrible- very ...

Great to display a guest speaker across your footprint
What do you like best? It was very easy to pin the video of our guest speaker so that users across our footprint could watch. We had individuals who called in & areas where whole meeting rooms called in. What do you dislike? It took us a bit of time to figure out how to pin the main video and not have individual windows showing for each person/area that was called into our meeting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Since we ...
