Lots of functionality, but not always intuitive

What do you like best? I like that there is one place to go for team collaboration--instant messaging, file sharing, video meetings, calls, and so on. I like the ability to create project teams where you can consolidate your files and communications in one place for selected team members. What do you dislike? I don't think it's intuitive to configure your project teams in a logical way that is easy to manage. Team members seem to use each feature differently and even tend to create ...

Teams is a really nice user experience

What do you like best? My favorite thing about Teams is its integration with other Office platforms. I also like the Meetings feature and the ability to share screens. What do you dislike? at times, the sharing screen feature is a little awkward and choppy depending on users' bandwidth. It also seems to sometimes have trouble when users have multiple monitors and are trying to share. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a quality software that I would ...

One stop Collaboration Tool

What do you like best? I like that we are able to build teams of working groups within our organization, that we can store and upload/update files within a team, that we can chat with each other and collaborate in meetings easily and calls. What do you dislike? Sometimes it can be overwhelming but I believe that is because my corporation has MANY teams and channels. Sometimes I lose track of the notifications in each team I am apart of. What problems are you solving with the ...

Teams for the Win!

What do you like best? Teams interface as part of the Microsoft 365 package is clean and user friendly. It was essential once work form home began in our state in March 2020. I am not sure how we would have survived without it. The video meeting feature, coupled with the chat feature was a lifesaver. What do you dislike? At first, Teams seemed to lag behind other services, like Zoom. The limited number of faces, the inability to personalize (i.e. background). But as we moved ...

Great collaboration tool for both remote and non-remote teams

What do you like best? Chat options, channel options and video calls are great. Great personalization options and notifications are useful. What do you dislike? Nothing yet. I just don't like that the browser version does not allow everyone's video to show up in a gallery view. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaborating in a better way in real-time and moving away from using email which is a more formal way of ...

Great tool to keep organized!

What do you like best? I love the interface. The dashboard that houses all my chats, calls and calendar meetings makes it super easy to navigate between pages to view what I am looking for. I love the mobile compatibility too. It makes it really easy to start and join calls on the go while also giving the option to view a shared screen on my phone. What do you dislike? I don't love the separate page that shows notifications for every time a coworker "reacts" to a chat message. I ...

Top Notch Communication Software

What do you like best? Easy to communicate at work, no need to call or walk over to their cube or office, simply message them and you are set. Love its video calling, ability to perform meeting with multiple people at multiple places and platform. What do you dislike? Sometime video calling can slow down which I guess they are working on it. Also, when offline you cannot message other person. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it out. People ...

Microsoft Teams Makes Connecting Remotely Easy

What do you like best? Microsoft Teams is an easy-to-use software that enables a suite of collaboration tools and consistent, no frills video conferencing. When using other video conference platforms in the past, some participants had issues connecting, maintaining clear audio and video and with Teams I haven't had any issues. Another bonus is the built in chat and channel features so this as really become my hub for all internal communications. What do you dislike? I truly haven't ...
