Easy to use and with lots of functionality

What do you like best? It helps me and my coworkers to maintain communication while working from home. It was has helped to communicate with other employees in a faster and easier way who are in a different location. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The best thing in Microsoft team is that unlike other software available in market, it remembers the chats and texts even if it is closed.
