Great support
What do you like best? I like the design and the fact that it’s so easy to get used to. Calls are all displayed on the screen simultaneously and voices are all clear. What do you dislike? Sometimes there can be some image/sound differences but they often disappear after a few minutes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can work from home and still keep in touch with my team. We have daily meetings so this is so important to ...

Extremely useful for collaboration (especially when working from home!)
What do you like best? In addition to the video conferencing, it is very nice for instant message collaboration with groups. What do you dislike? At this moment I do not have anything I dislike about the application. Has truly sped up our communication time, especially during COVID with many people working from home. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are part of a business that is currently working out of the office due to the pandemic, this is a ...

Great idea, since many already Outlook
What do you like best? Easy to use and access due to already using Microsoft Office Outlook for business on my computer and cell phone. What do you dislike? The voice quality is sketchy at best. Many words are lost and if you have very many people in the meeting, using the camera, the screen jumps to the person talking, that can be annoying. The voice quality improves if you do not use cameras. At that point it's just an easy way to set up joint phone calls. Recommendations to ...
