Skype Killer! Slack... not so much.

What do you like best? I love the call feature of Teams. The experience far outdoes that of Skype. The call quality and application interface for Video Calls is the best I've worked with (Others include Zoom, Google Hangouts, Slack, Skype) What do you dislike? I dislike the messaging functionality in Microsoft Teams. I definitely prefer the Slack experience when it comes to quickly creating channels for relevant conversations and 1 to 1 messaging features. What problems are you ...

Great tool for remote voice discussions, messaging and presentations

What do you like best? Easy to use, can use it for both internal and client phone calls, presentations and messaging including international phone calls and presentations since I work for a company that has locations in numerous countries. Awesome

What do you like best? So much better than most team chat apps. Love that it supports zoom and that you can install it as an app. What do you dislike? Some features are confusing and too restrictive. Also the fact that i can't easily see who's available for a chat is a downside. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is a great platform for anything from group assignments to highly official business meetings. I would advice to take advantage of it. ...

They did not have a problem with answering the phone and we could call our customers. What do you dislike? The call function was often turned off, which caused problems. We had to have excellent access to Wi-Fi. Recommendations to others considering the product: Recommend this app to my partners, team and ...

Better than Skype for Businees

What do you like best? It's intuitive and easy to use. So far we haven't experienced many hicups or interuptions. What do you dislike? When opening an xls file with multiple sheets, the cursor picks up the sheets and moves them around. Frustrating when you are updating the file. We had to export it to Desktop excel to work on the file and save (upload) it back in Teams. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As we are a remote ...
