Great Product
What do you like best? The integration of Office 365, as well as Skype, to allow me to have a record of all the meetings I'll be having and in which program. What do you dislike? Microsoft doesn't seem to be very ready for the server load at most times, so Teams ends up lagging severely. What do you like best? You can share files and create teams, Channels, etc, which you can stablish a better communication with your co-wokers. Also you can assigned and create tasks. What do you dislike? You can not delete chats, sometimes the connectivity is bad. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It was easy to access, smooth meetings, easy to send invites. What do you dislike? Nothing very efficient platform. We used gotomeeting before the transition, very similar. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With the ongoing pandemic, it makes meeting with my new teammates easy. The video function is very beneficial.
