It is a tool which has amazing utility but interface could be better.

What do you like best? I like the file sharing and group chat features. The shared document feature helps to maintain trackers very easily. I also like the chat features such as ability to comment and like on the chat , that makes the chat more interesting. What do you dislike? The user interface is not very user friendly. What do you like best? Communication is so much easier across our organization using Teams. Everyone is right there through the chat feature, and it's super easy to do a web call.
