It is a tool which has amazing utility but interface could be better.

What do you like best? I like the file sharing and group chat features. The shared document feature helps to maintain trackers very easily. I also like the chat features such as ability to comment and like on the chat , that makes the chat more interesting. What do you dislike? The user interface is not very user friendly.
