Powerful messaging & collaboration platform

What do you like best? Teams integrates seamless with the MS Office product suite. It provides a place where your team can create siloed (or not) workspaces to quickly share, arrange and store documents. What do you dislike? I wish it had a free--OOTB--phone number that was provided for meeting dial-in options. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Integration directly into SharePoint for storing documents and their folder ...

Cost Effective and Gets the Job Done

What do you like best? It's integrated with my Outlook so that if I want to send a calendar invite through Teams, I can. It's probably my favorite feature. I also like there are so many free add-ons What do you dislike? It's not always intuitive. sending files can take a long time. It also doesn't allow me to send files if they have certain punctuation marks in it. Also, the video conferencing feature isn't very sleek -- you can't change the view and there aren't as many features ...

Teams gets the job done in an Office 365 envorment.

What do you like best? I use teams on a near daily basis to get work done with my team, and projects I'm a apart of. With document sharing, video, audio and screen share, it gets the job done within the Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem. It's easy to use, and there are mobile and web options as well so it's very protable. What do you dislike? This is as much as an Office 365 frustration as much as it is teams, however, my name and initials display as Last, First. For example John ...

Communication and collaboration made easy

What do you like best? The meetings are best part about Teams. The audio and video quality are quite good even with a moderate Internet connection. Also, the background effects feature which lets a user change their background, irrespective of what it is actually, is a great feature. Also, meetings can be recorded and seen later. What do you dislike? There is no chat specific search feature in Teams which I miss a lot. Suppose I am chatting with person A and there are thousands of ...

Don't know how to resize shared screen, sometimes cannot see presenter's big screen from laptop. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is popular used and easy to easy. Support should be good to, as it from MS. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...
