System Center relatively easy to install, configure and to monitor
What do you like best? SCCM gave me real time alerts on the status of workstations. I had complete control on the groups I configured. I had real time insights into the status of the AV version and if they found any issues, malware or viruses. What do you dislike? The first time I used it, I had everything configured to what I needed. There came out a newer version and I could not do an in place upgrade. Starting out with SCCM.
What do you like best? It is more reliable and robust as compared to the current toolset we use. Logging from the tool gives a clear idea of the issue when they arise. Its a Microsoft product and we are largely a Windows environment so we expect to see very few compatibility issues. It is easier to find troubleshooting information on technology forums due to the large user base. What do you dislike? I miss the browser based admin console. What do you like best? I've grown up using Windows, by far it is the easiest to use. it is the standard for everything from school to work. the programs that are used with windows are also used heavily. What do you dislike? Sometimes it can crash, depending on how many task I have running at the same time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can pick up work from any terminal at work without having to worry about data loss.

The Microsoft System Center suite is a powerful and robust suite of products

I primarily work with System Center Configuration Manager along with Microsoft's Enterprise Mobility Suite (including Microsoft Intune which integrates nicely with Configuration Manager. What do you like best? SCOM The best monitoring tool I have every worked .
