Good platform to handle basic business needs.
What do you like best? Versatility of applications makes across all platforms is extremely useful. What do you dislike? Too general for complex databases. Have to really know application for any customization. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for reporting and presentations. Pivot tables help to sort data but do have to know how to use them effectively.

Gets the job done
What do you like best? I like that most programs we use are compatible with microsoft. What do you dislike? I dislike that i have to restart windows explorer once in a while when the system acts up. Recommendations to others considering the product It is pretty simple to use as a user. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps us to organize our files and provide permissions to certain users.

What do you like best? It's an easy to use platform, integrates everything in one place, and collects all the data. What do you dislike? There are still a few bugs to kick out and there needs to be more user friendly interfaces - human designeed engineering tools. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows operations all to run through one platform easily and efficiently.

Best product out there.
What do you like best? It has lots of features integrated and can customize stuff as far as you want. What the software is capable of when utilizaed allows you to save a ton of time managing client PC's and servers. What do you dislike? It has a very steep learning curve.
