Good For Desktop and Laptop
What do you like best? Reporting, Deployment , patching and version control What do you dislike? Not Cloud friendly and push architecture . Not made for cloud like Azure and AWS Recommendations to others considering the product Make it cloud friendly What business problems are you solving with the product? Excellent tool but time investing to learn
What do you like best? Real time capabilities. The program does a great job at keeping the progress of IT resolutions in order and up to date for multiple users. I love the ability to print data to excel tables to adjust as needed. Also provides a wide array of features to find what fits your individual needs. What do you dislike? It is tough to know everything you really need to know. Investing time in training for this program is key. There is almost always the "user error" factor ...

Efficient computer software suite
What do you like best? I like the interaction between the different systems within Microsoft systems. What do you dislike? When patches or upgrades are put out, the newer version sometimes loses the good parts of the older versions. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to provide files between different users to add their own comments and maintain revisions.

What do you like best? It has all the functionality I need. It is not flashy, but it get the job done. What do you dislike? the User interface could stand to have some improvement.
