SCCM has made it possible to shorten our image time from almost a week down to an hr.

What do you like best? I like that SCCM is widely used by the IT community. Most issues or problems you could run into has already been solved by someone else in the community due to it being used by so many companies and people. It has a very large community of friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable folks. What do you dislike? There isn't much to dislike about SCCM. Super easy to use

What do you like best? This isn’t extremely easy to use especially for pushing out updates in mass quantities. What do you dislike? Wish you could set mass reboots for employee laptops after hours instead of relying on people to reboot machine themselves. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Updating essential apps like Microsoft products and patches are super simple now.

In order to really get the most from this product you needed to have quite a bit of resources in terms of head count in order to keep and maintain that system. Recommendations to others considering the product I would take a serious look at Solarwinds stack of products for better and more indepth reporting and alerting.
