What do you like best? I love the configuration manager and how we are able to push updates to our users and rollback updates that don’t want them to have. What do you dislike? I dislike that it is a little complicated and not as straight forward as other applications. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving the problems of imaging more computers at a time and pushing out updates.

What do you like best? Integrates easily with existing Microsoft products and easy support for learning how to use the tool. What do you dislike? There is a bit of a learning curve to it and it can be quite confusing when you don't know how to use it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
