Good tool for self-installs!
What do you like best? We recently used this to deploy an alternative web browser to 200 users overnight. It was a nice self-help experience and worked seemlessly in our environment What do you dislike? I've experienced permissions issues where I had to switch to admin accounts to get a different catalog, but I think that was something to do with the way the administrator configured it. Other than that, it seem,s to work seemlessly. What business problems are you solving with the ...

Invaluable tool for supporting systems and deployment of software
What do you like best? Software deployment and remote control features What do you dislike? The interface needs a lot of work. Too many things require you to go to multiple sections. It would be better if it would have more of a windowed interface. Recommendations to others considering the product I would recommend a dev environment for sure. There's so many mistakes we ran into when implementing SCCM. It's very complicated and takes a while to get working, but once it is, it's a great ...

Powerful tool, expect to need an owner/expert
What do you like best? SCCM as a powerful management tool, allows for centralized management of application deployment, patching and imaging. What do you dislike? Imaging can be tricky, with too many admins can get messed up quickly, especially if others doing application administration. Recommendations to others considering the product Make sure to dedicate a resource to 'owning' the platform and not spread it around to many individuals to manage. What business problems are you solving ...

What do you like best? Most of my experience with this software is with the SCCM software center. There is a definite learning curve to this software. It may not be immediately obvious how to set up the groups of computers needed for software deployment. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Great for a Growing, Mid-level Comapany
