What do you like best? If you are working from scratch, it's relatively easy to set up a new database server and connectivity between clients. Everything is pretty much straightforward, given that you have some database knowledge. What do you like best? Ease of use. SQL Is without a doubt one of the easiest to manage database systems available. What do you dislike? It tends to have performance issues more than oracle, it can be tuned but you need to put hardware in place to make it work the best. What do you like best? Great database with best features
What do you like best? Window based sql services to stop and start the sql server process. Sql profiler and Sql job Scheduler are very good features of Microsoft sql server. Sql editor has nice support to validate queries, debug, execute queries, Check the performance plan of queries using query analyzer. Writing queries is easy with intellisense support. What do you like best? Intellisense support for writing efficient queries very quick. Help (F1 functionality for selected word to get to know anything. SQL Job scheduler is great and able to every kind of job from executing a simple query or performing complex logic and sending notificatio email after process.
