It easy to use for a smaller set of data and can be connected to multiple reporting and analytical tools like SSAS which help if we want to explore the data through different angle. What do you dislike? Cannot deal with large data set and poor performance when the size of the data exceeds certain limit. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? it acts as primary data layer for one our application.
