Use It for File Sharing and Intranet Pages!
What do you like best? It is so easy to make a compelling intranet site with SharePoint modern pages. Even the administrator roles are fairly easy to learn. I really loved that I could customize the permissions and I loved creating pages for team collaboration. What do you dislike? The modern pages are a bit limiting I'd you would like to have designs beyond the default - you'll have to learn JavaScript or use a SharePoint classic page instead. I also think SharePoint isn't the ...

Great document management suite, but not always intuitive and lots of sync issues
What do you like best? I really like the version control and speed the system usually has. I can throw a lot at Sharepoint without many issues. I like the ease of sharing links privately, with passwords, or expirations. What do you dislike? There is a steep learning curve for anything beyond simple document management. There are ALWAYS syncing issues. I've seen this across 3 separate companies in the last 5 years. It's incredible that there has been zero improvement in it. Creating ...

SharePoint makes calendar sharing easy
What do you like best? you can set up permissions all the way down to item level. Easily accessible and maintainable. we started with just needing to move our public folders from Exchange 2010 to expanding into many different areas in SharePoint. Unable to out of the box link mobile phone app with ...

Ambiguous permission settings are nothing more than a hassle but not self-explaining. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sharepoint makes sharing EASY
What do you like best? I love that we're all able to access the documents we need to on a daily basis and keep them and the edits we make in one place. It's user friendly, has an easy framework and generates very few questions when uploading or attaching documents to a folder and or multiple places. What do you dislike? I think that a lot of the people I work with don't have issues, as we all access the documents we need, and don't make unnecessary alterations. The model we use the ...

Document transparency
What do you like best? I like that I have access to what my team mates are working on What do you dislike? I don't like how slow the platform is. Uploading documents can be a long process What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving the problem of lack of transparency among business partners. Now I can share what I am working on and make updates without have to send out new versions.
