Greta platform to manage timelines
What do you like best? Microsoft PPM is a great place to manage timelines and get an overall handle over your project. The built in features are pretty handy and there are multiple ways to analyze and view your project to get some insights on your project from different angles. What do you like best? It is a great product with great interface with other MS products . I have used it to keep track of my projects and it easy to organize and maintain resources, planning in one place. Easy to create tasks and milestones. What do you dislike? Powerful but barely relevant in an Agile world
What do you like best? I like using Project to lay out an overall plan with high level tasks and blocks of time. It's also good for showing management a high level plan. What do you dislike? Great for first timers
What do you like best? I think the layout and accessibility for the program is great, and it is easy to use for newbies. What do you dislike? While it is great for beginners, the scope of the program doesn't always fit the needs for larger projects. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
