Easy to use Software for Project Schedules

What do you like best? What I like best about this software is that it is a Microsoft product so it is straightforward to use. You can open the document easily and start sifting through the schedule in front of you and add and delete as needed. What do you dislike? The one thing I dislike is that this software is not available on a Mac, so I end up using it on the Parallels side of my computer. It automatically populates dates when I change the length / duration of a task or the date of a client review, etc. I can't imagine doing manual timelines where I had to adjust every task dependent on one that I have changed.
