What do you like best? Microsoft project is the tried and true project management staple in the construction industry. It is complete and easily configured to each individual project. The ability to load labor hours and costs make it an invaluable resource for any general contractor. What do you dislike? The software is being scaled back in its use by public entities. What do you like best? The centralized management capability of the software What do you dislike? None that I can think of right now. Learning how to use it best takes time, but that’s not a disadvantage really. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking multiple projects, collaborating, analyzing multiple reports, with the ability to export the reports (including in Excel.

What do you like best? It is easy to break down tasks into subtasks and create complex dependencies. What do you dislike? How difficult it is to manage dates and calculate when projects should complete. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have been using this for small projects for years
What do you like best? This is very easy to set-up and implement, and it has great graphics What do you dislike? If you have a finish to start relationship, and you start the dependent relationship before the precedent is 100%, project competes it to the 100% level. Not the best way to track Time Impact Studies.
