What do you like best? Commonly used, lots of features, great tool What do you dislike? The GUI could use an update. Automate scheduling via a wizard or something more helpful. Better Planning when using Microsoft Project
What do you like best? Easily updatable if project plan is setup correctly from start with dependencies What do you dislike? Only being able to have one project file open in window at time unlike Excel or Word. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for managing multiple projects timeline, not very flexible to make chart presentable
What do you like best? Ability to adjust timeline of multiple tasks when adjusting one can affect another. You can either manually schedule the tasks, or you can select to have MS Project automatically schedule the tasks based on the task data you input. You can adjust start-finish timeline of the following tasks when the predecessor task finish time changes. Good and easy for managing project and monitoring it.
What do you like best? MS project has capability of managing project along with making its portfolio at the same time.
