What do you like best? It is simple to use and much like excel. If someone has mastered excel they will be able to adapt to MS Project easily. What do you dislike? The shortcuts are not as straightforward as other programs. There also cannot be 2 windows open at once. So if you are creating 2 project timelines which are similar you must do them one at a time. Good in scheduling but probably weak in cost
What do you like best? I like its Scheduling capability and the gantt chart feature. What do you dislike? The cost calculation has some problems from time to time. What do you like best? Resource allocation, gnat charts, pre fill dates based on days. Easy of use What do you dislike? it is difficult for larger projects at times that have overlapping timelines. Project scheduling for construction projects
What do you like best? Extremely user friendly, easy to navigate and make changes if necessary What do you dislike? Scaling when printing. Can be difficult when you have long schedules to print in a version that everyone can read What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling implications and delays. It’s beneficial to know an end date and be able to back into a schedule.

Not yet there for agile project management
What do you like best? The fact that it is online and accessible from anywhere on the internet when you are an O365 member. They added Agile and Kanban features to the desktop client. What do you dislike? Can't be simple to manage project using MS Project. If you want to be agile and spend as less time as possible managing the tasklist, It is still not what it should be. very few integrations. Before, I found it challenging to keep track of due dates and priorities for the volume of projects that I work on, but this has been extremely helpful in terms of keeping me organized.
