What do you like best? Microsoft Project easily integrates well into the Microsoft family (suite . The look can be customized to anyhow you deem fit. What do you like best? The micro level input required for fiding out the project health which we are geting very easily. Managment is very happy about it as geeting valuable inputs. What do you like best? Finding the critical path on projects is very helpful, especially with large programs. What do you dislike? The auto-date feature can sometimes get off when going from working days vs calendar days, and throw the entire schedule off. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The wealth of resoruces for schedule management inside MS Project is just too much not to love the software for. It can even create rudimentary WBS graphs. It's really easy to use too, if you know your project management. What do you dislike? Price. It's way more than a arm and a leg and if you wanna escalate and implement for a whole team or a PMO, be ready to bleed money.
