I didn't like that it didn't let me easily message and assign pieces of a project to other team members. I could put in that certain team members were responsible, but I couldn't talk when the in real time, assign ...

Solid software but would look at others

I don't think it has the requisite level of flexibility, and often tends to break when you have too many interdependent tasks. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Generally the tracking of timelines around projects, major milestones and the ability to have a source of resource tracking.
