The best project management tool - it's the whole package
What do you like best? MS Project can be scaled to any size project and can output any type of representation or diorama needed for clients, executives, or other stakeholders. It's a universally recognized application and thus, makes it is easy to collaborate with others and share information. What do you dislike? It is a complex tool and not entirely intuitive. What do you like best? I liked that there was a Gantt chart view and that it was more of a planning tool rather than a team communication tool. It allowed each team member to create a project and plan out each item/deliverable and chart the due dates. What do you dislike? Solid Program, challenge to new user
What do you like best? The ability to drill down and get a greater amount of detail, but still see an overall comprehensive overview What do you dislike? It can be difficult to filter if you are looking to only see a snapshot of data. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Overall program and project management, allowing worker-bees and management too see status.

Solid software but would look at others
What do you like best? It is a proven software that works well and communicates out easily. What do you dislike? I don't think it has the requisite level of flexibility, and often tends to break when you have too many interdependent tasks. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Generally the tracking of timelines around projects, major milestones and the ability to have a source of resource tracking.
