What do you like best? Microsoft Project and Portfolio Management has numerous tools you can use. What do you dislike? Sometimes that vast amount of tools can be too much and you are unable to find and learn it all. Recommendations to others considering the product Take the trial version and watch how to videos. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? creating a timeline for a long-term project.

What do you like best? This program does an excellent job helping me track and build project schedules and budget resources accordlingly to all projects I am working through. What do you dislike? It is an intimidating program to start to use. Good tool for primarily Waterfall projects
What do you like best? One stop place to capture mini projects/tasks, resource allocation, calendars, PTo's, holidays and plan project delivery timelines. What do you dislike? Not useful for Agile models. Somewhat cumbersome to maintain. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Love Microsoft Portfolio Management!
What do you like best? It makes it easy to collaborate and work with others across departments. What do you dislike? I don't have any dislikes, it is easy to use and share with others. What do you like best? This is hands down one of the best project management tools on the market right now. If you are either a project manager, this is a tool that will change the way you work. It has all the features you need to successfully plan and manage every step of a project from initiation to execution. What do you like best? That you can customize the tasks and it's also very easy to create a template schedule for future projects that are similar. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Overall I think Microsoft Project Plan is an awesome tool to use when planning large or small scale projects. It has the ability to add every task/step of a project to make sure you don't forget any part of it, and allows you to set a time frame for every task/step. What do you like best? Good for sequential steps for process. Sometimes the links do not work in the steps and requires you to delete and reenter fields. Can be time consuming. What do you dislike? I think the software is clumsy and lacks flexibility for outlining/linking steps that may happen in tandem. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
