Not so good as I need. Difficult to use. Too much features that are not really essential.

What do you like best? The software was very easy to use in terms of the interface. My main role with the software involved inputting metrics and gathering information. Keep track to stay on-track!

What do you like best? Ease of use is definitely a plus with this software. Additionally, customization is great in a sense that you are able to transform everything very easily. What do you dislike? Learning curve is pretty steep, it is certainly hard to understand dependencies and roles. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
