Just A Decent Project Management Application
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Project comes with a very intuitive user interface and many of the features are self explanatory. The software is a perfect tool in planning projects, especially when calculating the estimated end dates based on the projected duration for each task in a project. Great Product!
What do you like best? Everything microsoft has been a godsend. What do you dislike? Everything so far is working great for our company. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to utilize about a third of what is offered with this program. and it has proven to be a great tool for our project managers.

The software is really robust for track and manage the complete project cycle of every project in the company. you can manage the resources of the company and how are they assigned to the projects, you can keep the cost and schedule (start and end date and time on every single task within the project. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? MS Project is one of the best complete solution in the market today. It allows me to define and schedule tasks and milestone for projects via completion. This is my favorite part of my work, working along with MPPM tool. What do you like best? Manage Time, Money, and Materials easily. Has everything you need to make your project run smoothly. It is what everyone else copies off of. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's a great tool for organization and creating helpful charts/visuals while tracking progress throughout a project. What do you dislike? Took sometime to learn how to fully use the software. Recommendations to others considering the product Take your time to learn the full functionality of the software.
