Microsoft Project beats Excel if you use it fully
What do you like best? Resourcing pieces add a good capability if they are kept updated. What do you dislike? Sometimes it's easy for the "days" formulas to get messed up. What do you like best? Upside is that I was in control. I liked the color separation to identify each project. Helpful for sure What do you dislike? I have used Microsoft Project to manage the schedule of my projects
What do you like best? Shows what tasks are are dependent upon each other What do you dislike? The program is fairly complex with lots of different functions that aren’t intuitive without trains Recommendations to others considering the product none What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? It is a very user-friendly program, allows you to plan easily with gantt diagram, get a view of the project to be executed in the area of cost and resources. Easy to Learn & Use
What do you like best? MS Project enables me to put together quick yet comprehensive project plans. I also like being able to easily export plans to MS Excel for those that do not have access to MS Project. What do you dislike?
