What do you like best? Our firm uses multiple tiers for project timing - staff type, schedule-based, and task-based. MS Project handles all of these well. Project Manager indifferent with Microsoft Project

What do you like best? I like the ability to toggle between tasks, gantt and resources What do you dislike? The auto schedule feature is not always friendly and there is no way to create a WBS. Recommendations to others considering the product Take all training available online from Microsoft. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Most widely used scheduling tool

What do you like best? Ease of use and integration with other Microsoft products, including ability to easily export to Excel. Gantt charts are easy to use. The ability to create templates is a time saver. I also like to perform what if scenarios and can do so easily. What do you like best? I love the responsiveness of changes while demonstrating critical paths and resources instantaneously. When I did Project management by hand, I had an entire wall filled with critical paths, resources, schedules, and the like all over my wall. Now I can carry my project with me and be responsive to inquiries and changes within seconds. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is tough to navigate and use at first, but once you figure it out there not a better project management solution. What do you dislike? Learning curve is big. It take time to learn the ins and outs of it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use this tool to manage our internal projects.
