Klunky, but serviceable

What do you like best? Being able to link activities, milestones, and other other items with dependencies and assigning owners to each of these is a nice tool. Also, the ability to watch how one timeline shift impacts your whole project is nice too. What do you dislike? Unfortunately, the whole interface is highly complex and requires hours of training to make the most of the application. What do you like best? The flexibility to schedule multiple activities and share activities with multiple individuals. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I liked the ability to be able to visualize when things would be started and completed, seeing the possible paths we could take, and considering alternatives. What do you dislike? I did not like that there were some features missing that would have improved the product. What do you like best? It is highly scalable; anyone from a small company to the largest enterprise can use Microsoft Project. The Scheduling feature is key, allowing managers to define tasks, assign to different team members, and track their progress. We like the new web-based version although we have not yet had the opportunity to fully implement it with mobile devices.
