Microsoft project

What do you like best? I like that it's an interactive dashboard and it can be accessed through my smartphone/work phone. What do you dislike? This program isn't geared towards beginners and it is definitely difficult at times to navigate. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits are that this system is an absolute necessity in my company and allows my fellow colleagues and I to stay on schedule.

Great for planning

What do you like best? Easy to identify resources and dependencies. Shows when dependent tasks change. What do you dislike? I wish it was easier/possible to link timelines for multiple projects together without having to merge all information into same file. i.e. Task in Project B cannot start until a Task from Project A can complete. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps with project scheduling and resource balancing.

What do you like best? With most of my clients using Microsoft products to run their businesses, Project make collaborating with them on projects simple and seamless. What do you dislike? While it isn't really a dislike, I would have to say the most frustrating thing is that it is proprietarily Microsoft. So, if I have a client that functions on Google apps, Project doesn't get it done. Recommendations to others considering the product Project will make your life so much easier. ...
