What do you like best? Ability to visualize the entire landscape of tasks for the lifetime of a project. What do you dislike? Just about everything. The navigation, the management, the complexity of the software; basically it's not a program to be used by a group of people with varying skills and interests. What do you like best? MS project can handle any situation that is encountered during the project management life cycle. What do you dislike? It can be difficult to learn all the features and functionality. It takes a lot of practice with the product and probably some training. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Microsoft project is ideal for managing multiple workstream delivery dates to identify critical path. What do you dislike? More difficult interface for editing than excel. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing delivery timelines, and ensuring coordination across multiple workstreams.

Perfect Management tool for multiple teams
What do you like best? what i like the best on confluence is tagging feature, great way to keep the team on track by directly emailing them alerts on action items . What do you like best? If used properly, MS project along with its portfolio management capabilities can add significant value to a portfolio/program management team. Great program
What do you like best? Ease of use and easy to collaborate with coworkers. there is a lot of great tools that help us maintain files. What do you dislike? Sometimes is slow and freezes up, hard to transfer. Recommendations to others considering the product Use tutorials. What business problems are you solving with the product?
