"Great Idea drafting tool for team collaboration "

What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? It's very flexible, you can add screenshots, handdrawn notes, text, photos and share it automagically with people who needs it. It all started when we needed to draft some ideas and didn't want to waste paper, so we opened OneNote since we had it already as part of Office 365 and were pleasantly surprised of how well it worked since then we use it as a part of our toolkit in our meetings. What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? You can draw and type into the same note, insert an image or PDF, screenshot and annotate over it, then share it or save it depending on why you made the note. Deleting notes is just as easy when you don't need them also sending the page as PDF is a one click thing. What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote? I can share my notes without sharing my notebook, if someone ask where I'm at on a project I just send the update as a PDF exported from my OneNote where I track my progress at the task at hand myself.
