"Great solo or team organization tool"

What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? OneNote is great for organizing all your personal and team notes in one place. The structure is very intuitive, it's easy to share access to different Notebooks with different teams, and quickly searchable. What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote? No big dislikes jump to mind. It's a solid organization tool - I actually advocated to use it on my new team when I switched jobs last year. Recommendations to others considering Microsoft ...

"OneNote - Great for taking notes, writing documentation, and sharing content"

What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? With OneNote, I can have multiple notebooks, each with multiple sections, with each section having multiple pages. I can enter my content much like I would in Word (with a little less formatting available to me, not that that is such a bad thing - sometimes), and it is auto-saved. I have my notebooks saved in our corporate Sharepoint, so I can share a web view of my content and make it discover-able to as many or as few people as I want in our ...

"Easily keep notes going between multiple decives"

What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? I work off of 3 different devices, being able to see my notes from all devices as needed is a life saver. What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote? The IOS App glitches occasionally but this seems to be happening less and less. Recommendations to others considering Microsoft OneNote: You can set up multiple accounts - I suggest having accounts for work and personal, and possibly even different groups within the "work" sector, either by ...

"Using One note for to-do lists"

What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? I love that it's basically an electronic notebook, with pages and flags. I use it as an e-planner. What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote? It would be nice to have templates for certain tasks, calendar, to-do, etc. There may be, and I'm just not aware. Recommendations to others considering Microsoft OneNote: If you're wanting to set up tables/calendars, it may take extra work to set up initially. What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving ...

"OneNote Review"

What do you like best about Microsoft OneNote? OneNote can be accessed anywhere you have an internet connection, which is probably my favorite feature. I love the organization ability and how easy it is to send things to OneNote. What do you dislike about Microsoft OneNote? The tables feature is awful. If you create or work with tablespoon in Word, they do not translate properly in OneNote. There’s also a bit of a learning curve. What problems is Microsoft OneNote solving and how is that ...

A product that can revolutionize organizations who rely on note taking!

PROS: One part that I like with this app is how all of my notes can be synced to all your mobile devices with a OneNote app. In addition, I love its UI and how I can easily make customizations of my notes by including images and check lists. CONS: It took a bit of time for me to know my way around the product. Despite the steep learning curve, you'll get used to it. When you do, you'll really enjoy it!
