PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that Microsoft Dynamics allows me to create specific activities so I can assign them to other employees and this makes my work even more organized. I can create customized dashboards and control other dashboards at the same time. It is really easy to use!
What do you like best? It allows us to work with the customer easily, and without much of a barrier. We can follow communications with the customer very easily. We can start using it very quickly. Set up is a breeze. It does a lot of the leg work for us. It is very much just plugging in the information that you desire. It lays everything out for you in a way that is easy to navigate. CRM software that worked reasonably well for us
What do you like best? The system is intuitive and easy to use. It can tag emails and view all customer information in a unified manner. Communication within the organization is quite easy. A tool heading in the right direction but still very unstable
What do you like best? I really like the fact that we can get a full report on our clients on this platform. The tool is super complete with all the paths of sales process in it. For salespersons with a lot of customers in their portfolio it is very handy to have all the info regrouped on 1 and only 1 page. What do you dislike? What do you like best? You can export and import contacts and opportunities to your Outlook which increase email functionality. What do you dislike? Difficult to navigate and find opportunities and related client engagements. Used Dynamics 365 as a Contractor
What do you like best? I worked as a contractor and did not use the tool; daily but I was sent on training and was happy with the product in general. The interface seemed pretty thought out and once I had become used to the drill down's etc. the product worked well.
